Patricia Maurer represented the seller in the deal, which closed in November 2007. Detailed information about the buyer was not disclosed. Patricia Maurer is a sales associate based in Prudential Florida WCI Realty's Aventura location.  The unit is an 8,600 sq ft oceanfront penthouse located In the prestigious condominium "One Bal Harbour" on Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, Florida. This is actually the second time Maurer brokered the sale of this unit - she sold this unit for $11 Million to a Boston couple when the tower residence first became available.  Due to her stellar customer relationship maintenance she was able to secure the listing of the penthouse when the owners were ready to sell the east unit in 2006. In addition to the penthouse, Maurer closed the sale of other units at One Bal Harbour, amounting to more than $28 Million since November 2007. Maurer has more than 12 years of sales experience.  She has extensive knowledge of working with high value properties in South Florida and is very comfortable in dealing with the challenges of this unique market segment.
